Sinopsis

Brilliant trauma surgeon Baek Gang Hyeok has operated in war zones all around the world. When he believes he is doing the right thing, he has a bulldozer-like mentality and is confident in his abilities. He starts working as the head of the severe trauma team at a university hospital. The university hospital faces both benefits and drawbacks from the severe trauma team. This is because the hospital incurs more financial losses as the severe trauma team saves more victims.

Yang Jae Won, anesthesiologist resident Park Gyeong Won, and nurse Cheon Jang Mi make up the severe trauma team in addition to Baek Gang Hyeok. Originally from the department of proctological surgery, which is headed by Professor Han Yu Rim, Yang Jae Won joined Baek Gang Hyeok's squad after being noticed by him. Yang Jae Won is the first student of Baek Gang Hyeok. The severe trauma squad is transformed by Baek Gang Hyeok from a team that only exists to one that truly goes out into the field and saves lives.
